Self

Yoga, Meditation, Acupuncture, & Reiki

Now is the time to be selfish! Meet with a personalized recovery coach,  practice yoga and meditation, or allow yourself to receive reiki and acupuncture as healthy alternatives to manage stress, emotions, and environments. It is only through self-care that we can learn to care for others.

Supporting our community.

The Office of Addiction Services and Support (OASAS) has funded a Recovery Community and Outreach Center in each of the five boroughs. The PILLARS is Manhattan's Center.  Although located in the heart of Harlem, we serve individuals and families across the entire island of Manhattan. From Battery Park to Washington Heights, we welcome all who are in recovery and others loving someone in active addiction.

You don’t start work until 10am, but you come in at 8am because someone needs your help. That’s commitment. That’s The PILLARS. They’re committed to helping everyone.

I enjoy being part of The PILLARS. What they are doing for the community is a great thing. Anyone should take full advantage of what is offered, and fly with it. PILLARS keep doing what you are doing.
